ORPHEAS is the first block of our project at the Ormos bowling green to start.
The Orpheas section of the complex will comprise of two blocks, A & B. It will be an elegant two-storey building consisting of eighteen luxury apartments stylised with natural stone and terracotta tiles. It will include: two studios, four one-bedroom apartments and twelve two-bedroom apartments with irresistible views of the rough and rocky terrain so characteristic of the area and the field of green standing in the heart of ORMOS. Each apartment has air-condition units, telephone lines and antennas in each room, double-glazed windows, granite kitchen worktops and beech wood cabinets and bedroom cupboards, pressurized water system and solar water heater. The building will be served by a modern elevator, covered parking slots, storage rooms, a luxurious main entrance embellished by stone and granite. With only eighteen apartments this living complex guarantees a friendly and relaxed atmosphere between the tenants. Further to the communal swimming-pool designed to facilitate the purposes of ORPHEAS, the tenants are in a position to use all of ORMOS common facilities, including the Bowls Clubs and the spaces of green for sunbathing, open air games, relaxing in the sun or throwing a good old barbeque for the friends!
